On Display to Order – Delivery Information
Selected products displayed in our stores are available to view in person and order for delivery, even where the item is not available for immediate collection from that showroom.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Display-to-order products are generally delivered within approximately 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on current stock availability, supplier availability, incoming shipments, delivery location, scheduling and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a product is temporarily unavailable, awaiting incoming stock, on backorder or subject to an extended lead time, a different estimated delivery timeframe may apply. Where applicable, the estimated timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated by our team.
If we become aware of a material change to the estimated delivery timeframe after an order has been placed, our team will contact the customer with an updated estimate.
Delivery Charges
Our standard local delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery distance from our dispatch location:
- Up to 25 km – $100
- 25 km to 50 km – $150
- 50 km to 100 km – $200
- 100 km to 160 km – $280
Eligible Regional Victoria deliveries are available at a flat delivery rate of $350.
Delivery availability is subject to the delivery address. The applicable delivery option and charge will be displayed at checkout where available.
For locations where a delivery option is not displayed at checkout, please contact our team for delivery availability and a quote.
Additional charges may apply for difficult access, flights of stairs or other special delivery requirements.
